that was my first track event and pretty much my first drift experience and i had a blast. thanks alot to boxmod and anyone else who gave me pointers to improve. ill see ya next time. oh and thanks kyle and dg trials for havin this crazy shindig.

 

We didn't make it extraordinarily clear in the meeting that manji on the straight was not allowed, but it was brought up. Drivers that did so were scolded quite severely. In future events we are going to implement a more zero-tolerance policy for guidelines set during the driver's meeting.

Moral of the story? Stop chit-chatting during the driver's meeting. We make it fun so that you will listen, not so that you will hang out with your girlfriend. Next time, if you miss the rules, you are going to sit out a session. I hate to be a jerk, but even though Kyle thinks he's responsible, I am the one who signed the insurance policy, so it's my ass, my pocketbook, and my kid's future And I sure as heck don't want my kids going to state because some punk kid wanted to Manji at D-Day 27 and ran over some career minded individual.

 

I was just a spectator, it was badass...

 

man, as soon as my 240 is done, im going to have to go out there and try that, i just hope no one rags on the noobs.
