The problems here is that you NEED insurance. A WAIVER does not CUT IT! Not only do you need insurance (I believe it's event insurance), but it needs to cover the business owner, as well as the PROPERTY OWNER (and YOU if your smart). Most insurance (okay....all insurance companies) will NOT write you a policy unless you are either a Business, Organization, or Sanctioning body. There is no one here that meets those qualifications.

Want to do it? Create your own sanctioning body, locate the property, price the insurance.

It's easier than a drag strip, that's for sure.

BTW, a sanctioning body is hard to start, and takes alot of time and money!

what about a parking lot from a building that is out of business. would then just have to get insurance for each driver? you probably would have to get permission from the city then too huh?
