Default I wanted the H Pipe crossover not the X pipe.

SOLO setup the Charger setup for my 2015 Challenger 5.7 because I wanted the H Pipe crossover not the X pipe.

Pipe Automotive Exhaust Exhaust system Muffler Titanium

Great guys at SOLO, and the J pipe drone canceling works.

Default It's louder everywhere, but sounds nice and not obnoxious up to about 3500rpm

It's louder everywhere, but sounds nice and not obnoxious up to about 3500rpm (so, just cruising speeds, it's awesome). Above 3500, it gets quite a bit louder and a tiny bit blatty (to my ears, anyways) but not too bad. Plus no drone in the cabin due to the adjustable resonance tubes on the muffler. Everything bolted on easily. Only issue I had was a LOT of weld spatter around the tips. No big deal as I just ground them off and re polished the affected areas. I let SOLO know so they could up their QC according ly, and they apologized profusely. OH, mines been on for over 10 years now, no issues.

Yeah their customer service was great. I actually originally bought it on americanmuscle.com and their option for the manual transmission option said that it came with J pipes but something felt off about the pictures. I contacted their support and they told me “it SHOULD come with J Pipes” which didn’t feel like a 100% yes.

So I called Steve from Solo and he told me that the manual transmission actually does not come with J pipes, and that he told AmericanMuscle to update their listing many times before and they still hadn’t haha.

I was able to cancel the order and was on the phone with Steve for a good 15 minutes discussing which option I should go for “Mach X or Street/Race”. He is surprisingly very knowledgeable on each exhaust system (considering how many they have on their site). You really don’t see that often nowadays. Just seems like an overall genuine guy!
