Dude I have not Flamed anyone or harassed anyone. I stated a fact that you have twisted. If you think my leaving has to do with you all changing the site you are greatly mistaken. Have a nice night.

Id like to think that I offered a lot of knowledge about Mopars to this board. However, the admins told me otherwise.. should I quote the PM? They also "kicked me out of office" because the same things that go on in FFA and GCC went on in here.

There has been other mods on this board in the past who VERY poorly represented TR. When they were brought into question, i guess they just had a talking to, realized the problem, and they straighted right up. Had I known that the doings in this room really were a problem, I would have made a change. But instead I just get a PM saying "thanks, but c-ya". I wrote back to the mod who notified me of all this, but I have yet to hear back from him. How mature is that? Throw the first punch, then run and hide.

This board has insulted my knowledge of cars, and came down on me for the same things that go on everywhere else. That is the reason for me not wanting to stick around.

You didn't really like the company, and used a room in the company for you and another employee or two to vent about how much the rest of the employees and customers sucked. Now, if your manager happened to hear this, and had records of this going on for months on end, do you think he would want to keep someone with such a negative attitude on? Would this employee really be working hard to make sure the company made money and stayed in business? The logical answer is no, the employee either hates the company or cannot handle the pressure of the job. Either way, as an employer, I'd dismiss you.
I think I really see things from both perspectives here, although I'm sure I dont know all the details or even half, but regardless, heres my take on the situation as a non biased member of TR with good intentions towards all involved...

Jeff does not get paid to help out TR, he has been volunteering. When people do work for you for free, you dont care what they say, because you are getting free work out of them, any businessman will tell you that.

I think that the reason that this forum was used in the way it was is simply because of a lack of people looking for information that they cant (or dont want to) find on their own.

C'mon, lets make this a little easier to relate to.

John lets say you and Taylor, (as an example because you work together and both have a vast knowledge of the cars you work on) went to a conference where u are to discuss... I dont know, Hondas.. so you two go to this conference together, and you are the only two there, aside from one person stopping in every once in a while... you know eventually you are just gonna be talking about whatever, throwing paper airplanes at each other, and drinking all the free champaigne... And thats just whats happening here, you all fail to realize that Mopar people, especially ones that have been at it a while and have more than a few cars, know their shit, and have no real questions left to ask. Have you ever been to a Mopar meet? all it is is people bullshitting the day/night away.

On the other hand, Jeff, the powers that be here at TR asked you to volunteer your time and moderate, and you did so willingly, so if they want someone else to moderate it, thats their business, however, if they did in fact tell you to leave and that you have nothing to add, I think that is wrong.

I might be biased though, b/c I have invested MANY hours and hundreds of dollars of my own money into this site. What have YOU done for TR?
Some people will say that time = money, but when you are handing out your own money for something like TR, thats tough.. and I commend John and everyone else that has put in money towards TR, but yea, I think its making you biased.

I know that TR isnt a democracy, where anyone can do whatever they want, but it should be more democratic. If Jeff/Lori even WANT to stay here, I think we (the dodge forum) will be better for it, if not, Happy trails, I'm sure I'll see you around the other mopar forums... (MoparChat ID: clintz)
