Hey NOSextreme
dude.. I owe you one man..
I went to cophers today.. and your buddy wasnt there BUT his brother was. He said he knew some of you. He mentioned a guy named Taylor with a Miata.. is that you? and a few others.
long long long story short.. I bought a LT1 long block from a 94 Buick Roadmaster. These have cast iron heads wimpy cam.. this one had a broken throttle body no injectors.. just a long block. Well since all I wanted was the block itself it was no big deal.
I mentioned that I would love to get an aluminum headed one but they were too expensive.. the engine I wanted was $500.. the Aluminum headed ones ranged from 800-2200 bucks! DOH!
well why we were getting ready to load it the guy says Ill get you an aluminum headed one.. I was like WOW!. Well he gets one.. really ragged.. but it wouldnt turn over by hand looked and smelled blown. So he says.. no biggy and gets me the best LT1 in the house! Full injector package Computer full wiring harness.. everything AND low low mileage! I left there with a hardon that still hasnt gone away!
I still only need the block but I can use some of the other things as well (Nice having an extra set of heads to get worked while not on the car). And I can sell the accesories for enough to pay for the whole thing! basically a FREE ENGINE!
I told him I would be referrring everyone from BADRAP looking for a used part to try him first!
I owe you one NosExtreme.. and find out his name for me please? he told me but I forgot.. if you can find out for me if he is legal then ask him what brand of beer he drinks and I will buy him a case or if he doesnt/Cant drink.. a case of Mountain Dew or something

Its not a trailer Queen
Its going to be a daily driver for my wife.. but its my saturday night car and with the money I saved as well as what I can sell some of the extra parts for I may be thinking single digits.. a 9.999 would do fine

I would be glad to toss them something to show my gratitude..
