As far as the moderator thing goes... were gonna wait a few weeks to get to know people before we start appointing moderators. Hows Mike at superhonda doin? I hate that guy.. hehe but Bri over at honda-tech.com is cool as hell...

See how many local racers you can recruit to this site... in the works we have a wireless web site that will update in real time on saturday nights and tell everyone where to go after the cops bust us up.

We also are consulting with lawyers on the proper way to get a petition going for a local 1/4 here in Tampa. We have a lot of plans for this site as you can see.

Yeh during the year I live on campus at USF right off fletcher there. Check my site for all my mods the only things i dont have listed on the site is what I have listed in my signature havent updated the site in awhile.

Mike can be cool at times but can be really sarcastic too. He is suppose to come to my meet up. You all are welcome to come even though it is mainly a honda/acura only meet up. Can you stick the info in ure local events page? We are going to the track the 23rd. We are meeting up at 445 the 23rd at la viva plaza at the corner of lumsden and kings in brandon. We will all go to the races. Some serious cars will be coming turbo Type Rs and Preludes etc. Then we will be having the meet up at 2pm the 24th of june in the regency parking lot (across from the mall( right next to benigans. contact me if you all want to come.

About the whole 1/4 mile thing... RiceRocket & I have talked about this before... A couple of problems... #1 it has to be in a place that is NOWHERE near a residential area because of all of the noise... Also has to have somebody OWN the place to carry INSURANCE on the place.... I have talked to the owner of Sunshine Speedway and he said that he cant take the liability of opening up the 1/8th mile on saturday nights b/c he already runs the Oval Track on Saturday nights and it would just be too much for him to handle... So that is out of the question... There is a place out in Odessa that USED to be a drag strip actually... out off of south Mobley Rd... The only problem is it is now abandoned and owned by the city of St. Pete for some reason.. So that is out of the question. But if you can find a place LET ME KNOW... I will do EVERYTHING I can to try and help...

The location in odessa that you are talking about is Twin City dragway. I found it off of S mobley by racetrack rd. The County owns the land and uses part of it for a water plant the other part is being converted to A HUGE recreation area with several Soccer fields etc...
