I come home today to a letter from our community managment stating my house was dirty: "House needs cleaned" <--- yes thats a quote.

So, I painted the front of the house since Early december, and pressure washed my driveway, mailbox and sidewalk at the time.

I am cited for 'dirty house' and must pressure wash my house or face 100$ fine per day in violation

I received an unsigned and unprofessional letter again from your organization again. This letter dated 1/17/05 claims that my house needs cleaning. Maybe my eyes aren’t as good as yours, so I am attaching some pictures for you to review, taken just a few minutes ago after I arrived at home to find this letter from your office.



Can you please be so kind to point out the violations? I really can’t seem to find them. Furthermore pressure washing is NOT a requirement of the DCCR.





My eyes show me fresh mulch, a driveway, and a front entry all so clean I can have dinner off of it…but maybe my level of cleanliness is not the same as yours? I urge you to point out where the violation ASAP. If there is none, I suggest a written apology to my wife and I.

Am I losing it? Someone please tell me I am fucking crazy, and I need to clean up.....

 

I see a small dirt pile between the mulch and the grass. The wood chips in the mulch also aren't layed out in a uniform, directional fashion. If it were up to me I'd kick you out of the neighborhood for these infractions. Get your house up to code you lazy bastard.


I'm curious what his reply will be. The house looks very well maintained.

Homeowners associations and similar are the devil. It's the reason where I live has to have these gaudy white fences instead of a plain (or the green coloured) chain link in the back yard, and why there isnt a sweet ass house-colour matching 2 car garage with lift in the backyard either

Honestly, the the rules in the regulations are pretty much common sense. Basic cleanliness, and respect for your neighbours. I dont care about house color, so it doesn't matter to me if someone wants to paint their house pink....mine is staying the same color as long as I live there.

I just cannot fathom what the fuck this guy was looking at when he did inspections....I just cant.

Something I find even funnier, is some lady called the sheriff a few weeks ago and complained that my car was loud and I speed in the neighbourhood.

Yes, my car is loud,but perfectly legal, no I dont speed. When I said to the cop, this is a gated commnity, this is a private road, and as a direct result, you have no reason to even be here discussing this with me.

He then immediately backed off ,and said, just as a favor can you watch your speed. Is sad when a woman has nothing better to do. She has no job, stays at home all day, and tries to find shit to pick on in the community.BTW, I think she moved here last May from guess where?

My best guess is she called the HOA and filed some complaint, and they just send the letter out without verifying. And even worse, she lives like 7 houses away. I can fix her if this turns out to be true...
