WTF..no apology!?!

oh yea and as for the cooch with nothing better to do. I am sure I can get wicked amounts of eral bad weeds that will infest her lawn and kill it

Two words: mole crickets. Apply to offender's perfect lawn and enjoy! Just make sure you spray your lawn first so that you'll have the only green lawn in the community. Herbaciding "fuck you" into the offender's lawn might be a bit too obvious, but funny.

I wonder if anyone sells dollarweed seeds...hrm.

they should sell "Problematic seeds for Problematic neighbor's lawns" in 10lb bags at home depot.

in most of these places the yard is the responsibility of the hoa, not the home owner, it is covered by the hoa fees that they pay. killing her lawn would most likely result in everyones hoa fees going up, if it cost too much money.
