I bought in NE palmetto right at the south intersection of 75 and 275. Also made 30k and there is no framing done yet. They say I'm closing on 11/15 . hahahaa.. sure. Anyway. Just joining the bandwagon. Well, maybe not the bandwagon since I signed in February.
