I have made 55k on my house. I have only lived there since march.

If someone told me I would have to put up with a long drive to work for 8 months, in exchange for $55,000... Umm, I would take the money.

Well we'll see - I can completely understand the being worried about your house part - even though we're renting I have quite a bit invested in my belongings - I can only imagine....

Anyway - I have yet to make up my mind on an area. I do think riverview would be too far, but then again I'm used to riding out that way on the bike on Saturday nights and it doesn't bother me.

Aharon how long does it take you to get to downtown in the mornings / home in the evenings?

I would prefer to stay in the tampa / Brandon area, but it's all going to depend on finding a house I like in an area I can deal with.

I've made about $45,000 on mine in a little under a year. I'm out in Apollo Beach and work near the Airport. So, it's a long drive but well worth come time to sell the house.

It normally takes me about 45 minutes to get from my house in Apollo Beach to the airport in Tampa. It's not really as far as people think.

I'm 3.5 miles furthur south than Aharon and it takes me 10 mins or less door to door to get to most anything in Brandon. Route is all 60mph - 80mph, almost no traffic, maybe 2 traffic lights. Takes me 23 mins to travel my 23 miles to work off Fletcher Ave @ 7am in the morning. Cruising @ 60mph+ during 95% of my travel is > stop and go traffic BS
