Exclamation Need help!! 06' gsxr 600 wont charge battery

Something's wrong with my bike...it wont charge the battery when the bike is on...I changed the rectifier and the stator and it also has a new battery... can someone please tell me what else could be wrong... I noticed that there was smoke coming from under the triple tree so I checked the harness n its fine... no blown fuses or anything... so I figured it was the rectifier but Its not... im stumped now...

Did you check the connection to the stator? A lot of times those will fry or a wire to it will fry.

I say stator also even though you said you changed it. Check the connection. Also maybe its a bad regulator!!

I did both... I took a meter to the r/r and its not putting out power so I take it that they gave me a bad one... also when my bike is off the fuel pump is pulsating why is that?

Sounds like you have a few problems. Fix the regulator first then start on the fuel pump. That's what I would do.
