i'm leaning towards textile/mesh stuff cause of the heat, i would like to be able to wear it over my thin work uniform for in the mornings and would like to ether come with or have room for the harder protective pads for the back, shoulders, elbows, and knees, extra protection for the hips, and shins wouldn't be bad ether. i'm not worried about it being waterproof i don't ride in the rain...

these are the pants i'm looking at cause i think they are cooler in the heat and i can wear pants under them if i had to and i think it will match my ALPINESTARS Air-Flo Textile Jacket cause both are black and textile

I would stay away from icon...perforated leather is good in the heat btw.

 

Do you ride in the mornings mostly or do you ride during the day in summer?

If you ride in the morning, you can just get some perf. leather. If you tend to ride more in the summer day/afternoon, you will roast in anything except a textile/mesh jacket. But, you can't put a price on saving you skin...
