Im totally blank as to what to say or think about this! I had the honor and privelage of knowing and riding w/Raul on multiple occasions, I remember I lowsided at Oz one weekend and Raul was one of the first guy's there helpin me off the ground (luckily I was wearing the leather's he talked me into getting) also took me to the loop for my first time. If I ever had a question Raul explained and explained and explained until I got it all clear...Raul you will truly be missed brother!!! My prayer's are w/his wife and children! Below ive posted a few picture's of one of my last ride's w/Raul...

Yea it is.

I'm a newb to the bike tech forums on here and I recently started lurking, specifically to gain knowledge and figure out what the tampa scene was like. I didnt personally know Raul and at this point I don't know many of you but I decided to post in this thread purely out of respect. I've read many of Raul's posts, esp. about The Pace, I also was able to collect some of his insight and view the way he spoke with senior and newb riders. After just a few weeks of trolling in yall's threads I've noticed how insightful, caring and intelligent this man was. I consider myself to have a pretty good judge of character, allbeit through a forum on a computer...I thought that if I one day got the chance to meet this guy he'd be someone I wouldn't think twice about riding with. He's (among others) inspired me to try my best to stop being a squid (I bought my first personal bike a couple months ago, but I've been riding friends bikes for about 2-3 years) as of now I dont have the cash flow for gloves and a jacket but it runs through my mind everytime I ride the insight he and other seasoned riders have/had on riding in the RIGHT gear. I'm deeply sorry to his family, friends and companions in the motorbike world. R.I.P fellow rider and all that have fallen before you.
RIP Raul....i didn't know him personally, but i've been on bike tech for a while and i'm sad to see anyone go like this....
prayers to his family...
