Got the swingarm in place, and the tires put on!! I'm so happy with how the wheels and frame/swing look together! We had to shave a little more down on each side, and got a snug fit. The rubber inside the endcaps on the swing HAD to be notched out. No problem. Got the tires on for 32 bucks including tax.
We had to stop cuz i have stuff to do tonight, and we need to scuff and paint the shock with some rattle can. I think i'm gonna stage 1 black the forks also.
old frame, had to use the FZR swing arm tube and bolt

ya, its upsidedown, but its the easiest way to do it lol.....180 tire folks!

honestly, i have no idea man lol. I figure it means, it ETCHES into the metal right?? lol... either way, primer is a must when painting. The guys at the wheel shop were sure it was gonna chip, cuz they thought it was rattle can. Once i told them what i did they were more confident.
