I rattle can'd but used just sandable primer. only thing im worried is about is when the wheel weaight need to be removed.

 

o well, rattle can almost always chips off man.... I used a stage one, with a real gun. The stage 1 has a clear in it, and i did about 3 layers.

 

Nice... If that is a YZF 5" rear wheel, just run a 170 next time. Will look just as wide as a 180 on a 5" rim.

If ya got a 5.5" inch rear, what is it from? Curious.

yea, it's a YZF 5" rim, i see the huge difference between my friends R6 wheel with a 180 and mine. It's .5" wider on the R6 rim.

The tire was FREE, but only has about 50% left. Will go with the 170 when i buy new. Thanks for the info!

that's pretty cool... the FZR being a real skinny bike will look great with the 170...
Heck, I seen it with a 160 and looked fat too...

some fully adjustable USD forks on it and rear shock will really turn the FZR into a serious corner caver... the turn so easy... really cool thing about the 5" rim is that if you don't like the 170... the 160 will work on it too since its a 60 series... will help it turn a bit quicker. Specially with the 110/70 or 120/60 front...

Ya, I think 160 is stock YZF. The 170 really makes the bike look a little more modern. There is also a swap you can do to put R6 forks on it.

 

I would so rawk a 93+ FZR (love the Dual Headlights) with 17's front & back... that YZF swinger mod with the 170 and R6 suspenders front and rear.... the frame and motor are quite capable.

 

seen the bike in person, shit is tight. too bad the owner is so damn ugly...

 

i'm going to buy one and run a 180 on the back. just to piss you off.
