Not that these people could ever concievably be charged with murder or anything besides theft, but that likely was part of the problem. Pissed off on a rocket with wheels with no eye protection.....Thats a recipie for disaster.

I've ridden without a halmet before for a short distance. I had to at least stop and get a pair of sunglasses to make it tolerable, and still couldn't go above 50 due to my eyes watering so damn bad. He definately didn't have proper vision.

this is a very sad thread to read...my hearts and prayers go out to his family....i dont wish bad on no person...but in this instance...whoever stole his helmet...i hope it comes back to him big time...karma is a motherfucker!!!
