^ Please elaborate... Perhaps murder is a stretch but you get the general idea. If criminal activity results in death, the charges are a lot more severe than the intended offense. Perhaps they couldn't be legally held responsible in this case, but if Justice is served whoever stole it will die a horrible death in the very near future.

I guess all we can do is root for Karma...

agreed.. if his helmet wasn't taken he may have left at a diff time which means he may not have had that car pull in front of him.. who knows.. i believe in karma 100%..+1

not to mention, have you ever ridden without eye protection? you can barely see bc your eyes are watering so bad. he didn't have proper vision.
