get an old 750 srad (98 or up). they are good solid bikes that have the brakes and the power to keep up with almost anything on your local showroom floor. if you can handle a 750 then they are perfect bikes, cheap, low maitnence, FI. they are really good bikes.

Well no, I want an older one to re-learn on (I have to buy), once I'm in the Marines and done with my PLC I can get a BRAND NEW (She will buy) anything up to 15k. So basically almost any bike brand new.
