after looking at that please find that statute of where it says it has to be at the farthest point of the bike and has to be horizontal..

I believe that it say's it has to be visible. Thats about it. Looks like it might be sitting inside the rim from that pic though, which makes it not visable from behind. But if it's not, then it's set up just like my tag.

heres a better pic... its not sitting on the rim it has 3 led lights at the top and has the red reflexers on it...

I've seen worse. You probably got lumped in because of your buddies' tags. You didn't get a ticket, right? There is no, "System," that they can tag you in by the way. That's just some scare tactic shit.

I was about to ask about the lights too, but if it's lit, I don't see what the problem is. Normally you see people bitching in here and the thing is mounted 20 feet into the back fender, unlit, and covered with rubber.

i'd fight that ticket... the only thing i don't see is a tag light but that is an easy fix.

Then yeah, according to what i've read, that should be legal since it doesn't state a direction and the tag is visible from behind.
