if this where me this is what i would do...
unload, take the pistol while sitting on your bike somewhere secluded and put it in the first spot that seems natural and would have the quickest draw time.
typically i would say somewhere very close to your draw hand. so oall you have to do is slide it out and its pointing in the direction you want it to be.
ive never carryed on a bike nor carryed normally , dont have a gun or permit, but i would say if your right handed tward the front or side of your right hip would be ideal.
if your jacket rides up, just tuck the fricken shirt in... problem solved.

I agree with this, I used to ride with a sidearm...just make sure the shirt is tucked in...
Now I just put a 750k stun gun in my jacket pocket, almost deadly.
