The thing is you dont always get that lucky. If i knew thats all i would get i still prob would pull over but yehh....
I just dont want to put it in the cops hands to choose if hes going to slam me to the ground and impound my bike and take me to jail or if hes gunna be cool.

i think bikers should team up and make a political group and take over the congressional office and give all bikers the right to do whatever the hell they want but is required to make a certain track time at jennings lol.

That is one of the most ignorant statements ive ever heard, if you can afford to change your sprokets, and you can do wheelies to look like a badass... then you can AFFORD to stop and pay the damn ticket/go to jail whatever you deserve. Buying sprockets tells me one thing... Hes more then likely looking to power it up as opposed to clutching which i can do on my bike in 4th with factory gearing. Power wheelies are not the way to go for a controlled lift and duration...

In sarsota by sesita key beach i was behind a blue gsxr that poped a wheelie with a cop on the other side of the intersection...and the cop didn't do anything... if it is a law or even a felony im sure the cop would have chanced him down....I haven't heard of this new "law" untill reading this thread...

I wouldn't ever have to do anything dangerous if i had ever happen to decide to run from a cop.
Listen, people run.. it's not right, but it happens. It's a personal decision, if you need to endanger lives other than your own to flee a pursuit, then you really need to stay off a motorcycle.
