New front end... & powder coated rearsets...
The bike is much better with the 636 suspension, so far I have yet to really try it by myself, but been riding with the wife & it is much better behaved, can't wait till I am solo on it to really dial it in if it needs it.
Where the bike really suffers is on top end... no aerodynamics means 600's pul away above 130mph... but I rarely get my squid on so it's really no biggie...
The bike is a real bargain... I got it for $4500, a full exahust system is about $800 (titanium or Carbon) & the 636 suspension swap another $500-600. PCIII $300 & the rearsets about $600 so for $6500-$7000 it looks the way it is & it makes 70ft lbs torque @ 8k which is 20-30 more than a middleweight makes above 10k... so needless to say, it is extremely friendly no matter what you are doing (comuting or sport riding)...

Yes...
I have the 636 triples & wanted to swap them cause they were lighter, but the 636 triples have the key hole on the opposite side & would have been a pain to mod...
I may use them in the future if I decide to go for a more agressive street fighter look & get rid of the bikini fairing & put dual lights ala Speed Triple.
