Why is that? Just because more rpms = more opportunity to burn? Just wondering dood.

Oh yeah, why spray Matt?....You've already blown up a brand new 600 by beating on it for only 18k miles.

its not a bad idea, i could have used up 2 bottles on the last north run... i just wouldn't run a dry set up..

just buy 4 foggers and plum them in under the carbs then T into the fuel line somewhere. and your golden... with a wet kit the worst thing that can happen is it runs rich because your out of n2o. which won't hurt anything, just make you wish you had extra bottles lol

if tom can pack all the turbo stuff under the plastics on a 04, I'm sure you can put a small wet kit on a 06 without to much prob... also the kiwi motor should handle a 40shot no prob. just don't let it lean out.

Because without a nitrous controller when you press the button you are spraying a set amount of nitrous regardless or RPM. For arguement say you are spraying 1# per minute. ( A 100 shot on a V-8 uses 1# per minute, a 25 shot on a 4-cyl. bike will use a lot less) Now at 4000 RPMs each cylinder is consuming 1/1000th of a pound per revolution, at 8000RPMs each cylinder only has to consume 1/2000th of a pound per revolution. If you spray at 8000 vs 4000 you only have half as much nitrous in the cylinder, thereby giving you lower cylinder temps.

The less nitrous in a cylinder the less power but the cylinder does not run as hot and you reduce your risk of explosion.

you are going to do all bolt ons (full system, filter,pc3..ect?)

going from a 600 to a liter w/ all bolt on i think is going to be more then enough for a while.

I am all about the corners. However I do like top top it out every now and then when there's an open bridge in front of me which is a prime time to use it for shits and giggles. It's for my own pleasure. I'm not out for competition. It's all for funzies. Why can't I like both corners AND straights? Call me crazy but I didn't know I had to like only one or the other.

ummm can you tell my when you think adding spray to a bike would hurt you in corners?

maybe he wants an all around bike... one he can go to the track(or bridge) and spray. then go hit up some north runs on... a turbo may make your bike hard to ride in the corners but a n2o kit will not because when you take the bottle out, its a stock bike again.

The exact reason why I don't want to buy Tom's bike.
