Default ZX6 636 owners check in,

Do you guys hate the single low beam head light idea Kawasaki had?

Soon I want to wire it up where both sides can house high/low beam bulbs, and both low beams stay on for day time driving.

Has any one done it here?

Or put in HID's?

I have had a few amount of people tell me I had a headlight out

This sucks,
If you know of any good write ups, please link/post it

i actually prefer it with one headlight. two things - it sets the bike apart and more importantly, it helps (maybe just a bit) in getting cars to notice you - and therefore not kill you. if a car sees my bike and says, "whoa, his headlight's out", there's less chance they'll swerve into my lane without looking.

lol, I hate it. My dad was asking me - why do the ninjas have only one headlight, is that a US law or something?....lol

Good luck on getting both of them going though man - would be a world of improvement in my opinion. : )

IMHO... it looks like one of the lights is broken....
Why not just have them both function?

The more likely you are to be seen.... the better... thus the HIDs

put hid's in and hope for the best. i hate the one headlight out look but at least mine are bright as fuck at nite on patterson.

the reason only one headlight runs is to reduce drain on the battery during start up. if you dont like it you shouldn't have bought a kawi, honda, yamha. this is why i think suzukis have the verticle headlight so their newbie owners dont think they have a headlight out.

also by law its required to have a headlight on 24/7.

i just ride with the brights on and tell anyone who doesnt like it to fuck off.
