you being in Spring Hill , If judge Hyslop is handling the case then I would definatley take it to court, otherwise just pay it .

I should mention that this same cop was at a red light the other day in his unmarked and I came in the lane beside him doing about a 30 ft Endo. That time he just rolled down his window and looked at me with a stare of a hungry PIG. Im mean I live in srping hill there are about 10-15 cops and the same ones are always harrassing the bikers....maybe a formal complaint wil slow them down....especially after what he did

for some reason he is the smoothest nicest judge out there always throwing the cops side out and helping the defendant, I even seen him at scores , drinking and dancing.
