Default Cops have gone too far...

Cops are being Dic*s these days.....I got pulled over going 55 in a 40 and the cop said I was going 74...So i proceed to ask the PIG to prove to me that I was going 74...So he couldnt...but he gave me a $300 ticket for speeding, a $74.50 for not having my license and another $74.50 for my registration not being legible (it got wet).

So anyway The two smaller ones were my fought but that speeding ticket is going to court...How can the PIG prove that I was speeding when I wasnt????

well last time i checked 55 in a 40 is speeding at least that is what you said you were doing in your post. granted you were not doing 74 but the ticket is the same price and same amount of points. the only way it could be different is if he had marked on the ticket reckless driving or something. i say take it to court either way

Is a 24mph over ticket the same price as a 15mph over? If it is, you might as well just pay it. Hell, even if you weren't going 74mph then, I'm sure you were recently. Chock it up to bad karma and get on with your life.

Why didn't you have your license on you?

Chances are that if you took the same attitude with the officer as you did in the post, that's why you got those additional tickets, just so you know. If you said that shit to me, I'd write you as many citations as I possibly could.

Oh, and the thing that shows you the speed you're going, that's the SPEEDometer. The odometer shows you the miles the vehicle has traveled.

Except 74 in a 40 would be 34 over. Not 24.
