not that this matters to me (i have insurance)
but, this is another case of not-my-fault- people not taking responsibility for their own actions. if the girl was riding bitch, its HER responsibility to check if the bike is covered by insurance, and HER responsibility to ensure that she is covered by her own insurance if the rider isnt covered. she accepted the consequences of not checking for insurance and the inherent danger by putting her ass in the seat.

m0nk3y, you make a good point about pillion riders knowing whether someone has insurance BEFORE riding.
but i think insurance should be mandatory regardless. what about when a bike hits another car, pedestrian, etc? chances are, if a biker doesn't have insurance, s/he can't afford it. and if they can't afford insurance, they won't be able to afford to pay for property/injury damages to others if they cause a wreck.

Bikers should be required to have insurance.
But.... this bitch should pay her own way cause she was goddamn dumb enough to get on the bike in the first place.
I'm dumb enough to ride sport bikes but I'm damn sure my insurance will take care of me if I eat shit.

Amen. I will never get on a bike without insurance to protect myself in the case of an accident. And I would never rely on someone else's insurance to cover my ass. She get's what she deserves. No gear + dumbass white trash slut = owned.

i love how you guys are so rough on a girl who broke on law riding on a motorcycle. last i checked, in this country, if someone's negligence causes you injury, that person is responsible for paying for those injuries. the guy wrecked and he shouldn't have, he should be liable for her injuries.
