when i was riding home. i again waited until i got to the bridge and started to role into the throttle. too my surprise. rpm's skyrocketed yet i went no where. i wondered about the clutch before i even started racing. i even said something to bobster about it. ohh well. i guess i am going to buy racing friction plates this time only. no need to replace the steel plates again. ohh i do wonder about the springs that came with the kit. maybe they aren't strong enough.

wonder what the strength difference of the barnet springs are in comparison to the honda stock springs. anyone know?
Stock plates are probably fine... that's what I use.

However, I did put in heavier springs.

It's on back order...

Here's a brief list of future enhancements...

Got the 6" over swingarm getting powder coated as we speak.
The 18/45 sprockets and 160 link chain are ready to be mounted.
The new swivel pick-up low profile oil pan is also ready to be installed.
Waiting for UPS to deliver my new lowering links and a few other goodies.
MRE Multistage Lock-up... ETA 2 weeks.

Slammin her down... stretchin her out... and gearing her tall... it's on!

You need better than a 6.8 in the 1/8th to go 9's in the 1/4.
