Not that much, I have had a 6.5 1/8th only bring a 10.3 at 145mph 1/4, 145mph in the 1/4 is a lot. A corrected time, as used in a magazine, for a ZX10r is not in the 9's. So I will take the bet too. He may run 9's but it will be with much better than a 6.8 in the 1/8th. I would not go with a time goal, my goal would be for the next run to be as fast or faster than the last.

Here's my best 1/8 of the night over all.

R/T............563
60'.............1.745 (here is where I really need to improve)
330'...........4.481
1/8............6.555
MPH...........126.33

Thanks,
Cecil
Just by using you rmile an hour it will push you into the 9's easy. If you didn't accelrate at all past the 1/8th mile and stayed at 126mph for the back half 1/8th mile your time would be 10.12 (traveling at 126 mph or 184.8 ft/sec over 660 ft = 3.57 sec) By looking at your incrementals I would bet your final mph would be in the 150-155 range. If I was to bet on the time I'd say 9.60 - 9.70.

Bobster you are still close. You are sitting on 10.50 with no accelration past the 1/8th mile. I am betting 10.10-10.15 with your 6.80 1/8th. But I would also bet with a few more times out there that you get it in, make take a gear change though.

Thanks for #s. It gives me something to shoot for. I know my first gear is too tall for drag racing. I will make the corrections though.

Looks like I found my problem The hose from the turbo to the intake manifold had the clamps come loose, or at least that is my story, actually my mechanic probably never tightened them back up after mounting the nitrous in the turbo Oh wait that is me

by the math i use a 6.8 is a 10.58 I'm thinking a bike mph should pick up a lot by the 1/4 but i was kinda going by what i read these bikes trap at + he has work done so I'm thinking it should run really good mph...... i could be wrong. but still got to go for it.

They dail in a 9.8-10.0 and give a head start to a lot of regular joes on bigger bikes. If that link is relevant then you should be able to go in the 9's too, because he went 9's on a stock 98 ZX9R also.
