They can ticket you for having your visor even cracked open while on the road. You have to have some kind of eye protection or something. They told us about it in MSF school.

Visor or goggles of some sort for eye protection.

i rode up there and everybody walking along was telling me just to get out of there. one cop was nice enough to warn us that if we didn't have our visors down, we'd be ticketed. i hope someone that was blocked in at the lot by the bank makes them pay. once i get a white light on my rear plate, i'll be 100% legal. and if they held me there without due cause, i would sue the shit out of them for illegal detainment. however we were just lucky enough to get out of there without a ticket. they have absolutely no legal right to detain people without probable cause.

are you fucking kidding me. I HAVE to have eye protection but I DONT HAVE to wear a helmet. There is something fucked up with our lawmakers, honestly. Oh, wait, if I ride a bicycle though I have to wear a helmet. What a bunch of got damn stupid ass laws!

PS: I ride with my visor up all the time when just cruising. I'd tell them to fuck themselves, I've got my eyeglasses on rookie biatches!

You crazy sport bike kids and your social stigma. Sounds like a biker witch hunt to me. I'd put $20 down that me and the boys could've putted by on our Harleys, piss drunk, and just waved to the cops as we passed

your probablly right too.

i wonder though. if you were no where near your bike and it wasn't moving could they still have wrote you tickets? just because it is sitting there with say no light on the liscense plate it isn't being operated. just a thought.

On a somewhat related note, why do you sports guys go through those measures to move your plate around all illegally? I've seen like 1293813 bikes with the plate on such a sharp angle under the seat that it's not readable, and then like 129803102398 more bikes with no lights on their plates at night. Is there a reason for it besides hiding the plate? Do they dig into the tire during a wheelstand or something if you leave 'em stock?
