its not exactlly custom it is a Techlusion DFO so you can download specific maps, you just adjust the screws acorrding to the bike and how it runs. thanks for the input guys i appreciate it.

Oh, I thought you had a slip-on. Who ever did your mapping didnt know what they were doing. Or your bike is jacked up. With a full system you should be around 103rwhp. Do you have a Power Commander or did you get a Yosh Box Map? Either way, take it back and have them redo it. 5hp is alot on a 600.

Never mind. I just saw that you have a techlusions box. Take it off and then re dyno your bike. Those things are garbage!! I guarantee you'll gain HP. If you dont want to shell out the $$$ for a Power Commander, atleast go get your bike mapped with a Factory Pro Teka or Yosh Box.
