I think it's ugly too, but it's still a good, reliable bike, and i have no regrets buying it. I just can't wait to get a supersport so i can start pursuing a pro racing career. (insert joke here)

To all who thought I was being negative - I wasn't. I've ridden Katana's and as they sit stock vs. my bike stock - world of difference between them. They are two totally different animals and those were stock pics dude was posting. That's my opinion as I had experience with both. I was not saying that the Kan-A-Tuna as it is referred to often in the bike scene is any less than my bike BUT it is totally different. Someone who is seriously interested in the 2 would have been to a dealership or even a visit to Suzuki's website and could have figured this out. Looks alone are not the only differences.

Now as to the bandwagon comment - I'd like to state that that's not why I purchased mine. I sat on about 13 different makes and models and the Yami R6, Superhawk 996 and the Gsxr 6 fit me the best and felt the best when I rode them. The gix was the cheapest - it's what I bought.

And DogBoneR1 - if you are Mr. Super Saturday/Sunday himself that I know of from other boards - yes you are probably right, you'd whoop my ass on a Katana. I think we may have met up at Ybor once.

Dogbone would probably whoop my ass on a 10 speed.

Oh no I'm on the bandwagon ....................Who cares? Bandwagon crap Visit any coffee shops lately?
