speedometer error is about 20% off at those speeds, my SV650 has been up to 145 indicated, while its top speed is 125... FYI

I don't think it's that much off.. I thought it was 7 percent.. and I've had ppl next to me in a car saying I've done faster then 149.. 
but I know it's not exact..

think a car's speedo is right, if your bikes isnt? 
they get further off the higher the speed, they are usually off like 5% at 60-70mph
