I'm sure your present ? has been aswered many times over already, try a search. WWW.SUZUKI.COM has all the answers you need. Learn some of the differences and then come back and ask some different questions. Once you teach yourself a little about the GSXR from the website you will be able to come up with some more creative questions.
Chode...they just don't know any better when starting out. A little research will help them. Just prepare your bitch session for when he comes back and ask the same question, then you can unleash the fury.
Burg...the 600cc bike is more than enough to start on.

But...differences in the 750/1000 are pretty much the obvious ones, the 750 has alittle less hp and torque and weighs alittle less than the 1000. And as far as I know, there is no GSXR 1100.
The next step up after the GSXR1000 is the 1300, aka the Hiyabusa. Which by the way is an excellent first bike.
What would it take to buy a new or used one...it would take money. Thats pretty much it. You dont have to have a motorcycle endorsement to buy a bike. And insurance is not required in the state of florida. So buying a bike is pretty simple here.

also depending on loan amount and loan provider you may be required to insure your bike. like through honda anything over 10k must be insured also suzi makes ya do something but i am not sure what dollar amout they draw the line at.
Well I have rode many bikes such as a 700rr 750gsxr and the 1100gsxr with many mods I seem to like the bigger bikes better.
As for the questions go I know its a bigger motor ect. I want to know the different options.I have heard that the 1000 and the 750 are the same bike but the motor, I was going to see if this was correct.
Btw letting me have it for being new just to you forum is rather rude.Where am I supose to have a friendly conversation or ask questions about something I wanna kno more about? Of course I could of looked it up but I wanted to kno from your peoples eyes.
I went on that site and looked them up as for money went $10.599 is for the gsxr 1000 I think it is not to bad of a price.Do I have alotta money no but I dont wanna buy a small bike and wanna move up and bam another $$$$ it takes. What are the loan capabilitys for an 18 year old lol is it impossible?
As for insurence on new bikes how much would that be for the gsxr1000?? thanx for your time guys I hope I get the bike and be a regular on the forum

man seriously if this is your first bike BUY A PIECE OF SHIT! reason being is your gonna wreck it. i am not trying to be a dick but it happened to me and probally everyone else on here (whether they admit it or not) buy a beater or another good and fun way is learn in the dirt. but if you must run on the street get a helmet and a f'ed up P.O.S. a jacket is not a bad idea. when ya get a bike ride solo for a few months(so no one sees you bite it)
No dude lol I am thinking of a used 03 to 96 bike If I cant get a used bike I will have to do payments for a new one. Can someone just give me some details about the 750 and 1000 thru those years?> Btw my uncle had the 1100 that thing was sooo bad ass what years did they come in?

When I said no insurance, I was just thinkin if he was to buy a used bike cash. And a few people I know got bank loans (not specified for a bike), so they didnt have to get insurance.
Racingburg, if you think you can handle a newer bigger cc bike...go for it. Chode bought his first bike (03 R6) only a couple of months ago, and he rides like someone who's been riding for a lot longer than that. Everyone learns at a different pace.
