What are some good investments for the money (helment and jacket will be number one on my list) can someone point out some nice helments to me ? I love the race look the bike will be blue and white not the black or yellow or w/e colors. Thanx for the info guys lol made me think.

Hey Racingtheburg,
I just want to let you know...I made a mistake about the GSXR 750.
I told you that the 1999 is carburated, while the 2000 is fuel injected.
Well, the 1999 is actually the first year they fuel injected the GSXR 750. So the 1999 IS fuel injected.
However, the stats I gave on it remain the same. The 1999 made less power than the 2000 even though it was FI.
I just found out from a friend of mine. It suprised me, because I didnt think any of the old style, big bubble, squarish head light GSXR's were made FI. Guess I was wrong.

I'm not sure if this is too reliable of a source bc it says for top speed of my old bike 149... I know I've had it 163...
and for the carb'd bikes it says nothing about fuel system... not saying it's wrong just kinda shady...
