Nice ride! We have some pick as www.tajracing.com and some vids here: YouTube - Travisgt45's Channel
Most of us are staying at the track in an RV donated by Freightliner but a few are staying at a hotel that touts it as being the closest to the track.
Euro Trash and Sleazzzzze have a safe trip up there and look for the ugly purple Ford Escort GT # 45. We'll be in garage # 18 where ever the hell that is. Stop by and say hi and we'll throw a few hammers or wrenches your way!

CAR is done. Fire Extinguiser is in.. Remeber you have to have a Metal mount . Also window Net in place.. I think we are done with the car. Besides some Clear tape over the Mirrors.

we don`t have funds left for one of those really big inside rearview mirrors, but i`m thinking a "lanechanger" from pep boys might work pretty good.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

When did you register for the garage? We were told we were right next to the pits as well and we are in #18. We signed up in Feb/March for the garages.

when i signed up (may or june) she said there was only one other space taken. must have been you. i could be wrong on the space number, i should call them and confirm....

I'm here at the track, we were able to get a garage space only 1 spot away from TAJ so we are going to have a little tampa pit area set up. hopefully I'll convince the guys in the garage between us to let the datsun team pit between us.
