Hmm, I can fill in all of the information but it won't let me submit. Strange. I will try again when I get home. Perhaps something about my work computer is blocking the send button.

Make sure you have all the required fields filled. I think all the checkboxes are required and don't have defaults... need to click "yes" or "no".

Or it could be something on your computer.

Will there be enough instructors on site for those that need one in the car? That track looks pretty sweet!

We'll round up as many instructors as we need.

No do not be sorry, I do agree that is why I wanted to confirm what you guys were saying.

Some clubs do however put an instructor in front and have the class follow and then switch positions behind the leader (2nd to last, 3rd to 2nd) on the straight away. Just wanted to check to see if this was going to be done or not.

All cleared up. Thank you.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

The only time I've heard of "follow-the-leader" instruction is at the big "NASCAR Experience" schools where all you're doing is driving an oval, or at schools where they're instructing you in single seat race cars.

You get a lot more out of having the instructor in the car with you. Direct and immediate feedback on things that are important, like your line and braking points, where you're looking... and also things you can discuss after you get off the track, like hand and foot position, etc. A lot of things an instructor could never really notice if they weren't in the car with you.

Did you register yet???

Jake's Hamburgers on Waters and Dale Mabry is having a big car show Saturday from 4pm - 10pm

You might be able to put the word out there. Not all car show folks are pure posers.
