Track Event
The reason why I am asking about the cam is because I am making a video once I get my 03'-04' Cobra. I want to do some track football. In the track footage I was thinking about possibly having two cams in the car if possible. Here is the reason why. The one cam I want to have a view of the road , and what I am doing as in shifting and steering. The second would be on the floor near my feet. The reason for that is because it can show he using the gas , brakes and clutch and so on. In the video I want it to be showing me steering and shifting and then in a little box towards the bottom to be showing my feet work. My video will also contain so cruising around, maybe some racing, a couple burnouts possibly and so on.

There is no "first place" at an HPDE. It's not a race. It's not a competition. It's just "practice".
And, believe it or not, you WILL be doing fancy footwork at your first track event. Being able to smoothly downshift while braking and setting up for a turn is a matter of track safety, and you can bet your instructor will be on your case to learn how to heel/toe if you don't already know how.
I didn't know how to heel/toe (but I could left-foot-brake with the best of them!) when I went to my first Chin event. By the end of the day, I was able to do it... consistently, if not perfectly.
The goal of your first few HPDE track events is NOT to be fast. It is to learn proper technique so that as you get faster, you'll be SAFE.
