I doubt your tank will be that close to my petite miata at Primus. It is tight. You're a helluva driver, though. Maybe you can pull it off.

Loren, will we just be racing against cars in our own class, or will we run against cars in other classes as we advance? I still think it would be fun to do some grudge matches at the end (for extra $$$), if we have time.

Is it really that tight? Damn... I was hoping it would be a little quicker. In that case I might be in trouble... never seen the track.

No 90+mph runs like the BMWCCA auto-x's I guess... I'm going to try to get my car ready for this deal... I missed a lot of the autocrosses at the end of last year due to being out of town and I miss it... this will be good for getting my car dialed in for the season. Gonna try some new spring rates and whatnot... hopefully some better rubber. I still have never run an autocross on anything but 40% tread or less mis-matched tires...

Each class (or group of classes, the smaller classes will get bumped around) will run their own bracket. If we have time, we'll do a run-off of the class winners to determine top-dog. And again, if we have time, we might allow some grudge matches.

Your best bet for a grudge match is just to line up against people you want to run during the practice session in the morning.

Oh, and while the track IS tight... I remember a big ol T-bird being driven around it quite well when we ran the full track a couple years ago.

I hate going into events dreading how I'm pretty sure I'm going to feel at the end of the day.

I need to stick to 3AM drives and practice days. I abhor competition environments. You'd think I'd have learned to stop signing up for things by now.

By the way, TOMORROW (1/7/2006) is the last day to register for this event.

(So if anyone else wants the opportunity to whoop up on jblaine, better jump on it!)

^^^^^True. Primus is a tight track to begin with. Add cones and it gets even more exciting.
