Thanks Brian. I don't have any solid commitments from anyone yet and it will just take too long to do alone.

Hmm. Car Salesman thoughts here: It's really a much nicer drive leaving before 5. You don't have the sun to deal with. There are less cars in your way. The old folks aren't heading to church yet. You'll get a better feel for the course than you could by just walking it. Your friends and colleages will admire the effort. You'll get a prime pit spot....O.K., I'm out of bait. I hope someone is there or you all will be twiddling your thumbs at start time instead of actually starting. First three that are 100% commited get out of their work assignment.

The latest from the prophets @ weather.com

Sat. Mar 06 Mostly Cloudy 84°/52° 20 %

Sun. Mar 07 Partly Cloudy 74°/47° 10 % Chance.....
It's looking better and better.

Course Maps will be on hand at registration. Don't print the one off of this thread because the course has changed a little bit.

If you could get your work assignment out of the way by showing up at 7 a.m., with me, to help set up the course would you be interested? Just asking...I can't promise that yet. You'd hustle a little in the morning, but would have two of the three run groups off.
ahah no last time i was wanting for a friend and a deer hit his car so we meet up with chirs at the rest stop about 7

if you need help i'll meet you there at 5

You are far to obscessed with the weather. I love racing in the rain, so I will be happy either way.

I never was until I went to the current set-up. If it rains I have to run 17" wheels and although ASP is pretty weak locally, I still get bumped to a class that's ridiculous for my car (stock, power wise). I don't want or need any ASP points, so I get a little uptight about rain now.

Sorry, didn't know about the deer deal. I stayed at that rest area until almost 5:30 cursing you under my breath. All my assumptions are wrong.

YES! I'll be there at, or before 5, and will leave by 5:05. 1 stop at the gas station right before the track, 90's in 70's, and we'll be there by 7. Gracias. My car will be the one with the big ass wheel strapped to the trunk lid...

It's a good practice to use the hooiers in the rain. Because one day, you'll be stuck with them....in the rain. You'll learn car control even faster. More importantly, you'll learn patience.
