the whole diff out of my car being rebuilt sucks.

i'm experiementing with this suspension, i have stock 14mm swaybars, we'll see what happens when i put my real ones in, play with my alignments, and play with my dampening.

i might put 10/8 springs from my 8/6 kgmm right now.
Even with LSD, one tire is not going to put down as much power as two tires can. For autocross purposes, you need to plant the rear of a RWD car.

I'd stick with the softer springs for now (maybe forever), they seemed to be plenty. Leave your rear swaybar alone and put a larger one in front. Soften your dampening as much as you can to allow the car to glide over the rough stuff without losing traction.

That should be enough to get your car "pretty close". Try to leave it alone and work on driving for a while after that. It's really hard to learn the finer points of autocross driving when your car is different at every event. It's easier to hit a non-moving target.

heheh i hear you on that.

i would love to be able to put in adjustable sways, and this way adjust the settings of my car so i can go from drift to grip without donig major parts changovers. i want stiffer springs on the car, i love the response i get from doing it.

but we will see

if you're lifting a rear tire, you NEED, at all costs, to stiffen the front.

springs, shocks, or swaybars... it needs more front roll resistence.

making most swaybars adjustable isn't hard. A couple of drill bits or 25 bucks to a local machine shop.
