A dealer is probably throwing them up on there to just make some fast cash.

 

629.00 free shipping best i have seen, go ahead see if there is not a pie of crap in the box when you get it, then what do you do? sealer closes and pulls all monies out of paypal account, heard it from many people thinking there are getting a deal. or it is a fake that wont work, you ought to see the fake focals they make - hard to tell but sometimes they work sometimes they dont, but dont come close to sound like the real deal.

Gotta love the internet whoreing everything out. Those are the only prices I would pay for JL anyway . That stuff is way overpriced

 

It looks to me like most of it is used stuff. I didn't see any new items, but i also didn't look for long.

I'm not a JL dealer, but i certainly don't agree it's overpriced. I don't feel every product they sell is a good value, but the majority of it is. It's certainly not the made-in-china rebadged crap that is all over place at flea markets and such, it's got actual engineering behind it.

 

i dont think they are overpriced either. Talkin from experience, i had my jls wired by a buddy, my amps also. well i decided to get it professionally installed and the sound was amazing.

So before you complain about Jls being overpriced and everythin, maybe u should hook it up to a true wattage amp (not 2000watts bullshit). Do proper wiring and installation and you can tell the difference right away.

Just that you dont want to pay that much money for it doesnt mean its overpriced.

 

800+ dollars for a W7 12 is fuggin crazy!!!!! If im not mistaken that is msrp. You cant tell me that sub is worth that kind of money . It is not. Now dont get wrong JL makes QUALITY equipment, In my personal it is waaaay too exspensive. We can argue all day about lesser expensive equip not doing what it really says and I hear ya bu take 2 400 dollar subs vs 1 12w7 and i bet youll get more bass if done properly.And for the same price the Crossfire XS 12 will handle 4000 rms, hmm i think that would be louder also. But let me guess that wont take that kind of power either.

 

Oh and by the way I manage A shop. So I know the difference between true RMS and Maxx power. And I sell JL.
