Caddy Re-Build
I would make them any color other than red. Red always means postive to me, and most other people in the world. If that's all you have, get some expandable sleeving, or something, and cover them.
Also, do you have a lockwasher on the connection at the frame? If not, get one. If so, that means its around the back side...move it to the side you can see easily...makes it much simpler to see if its tight when you check on it periodically. I'd go bolt head---lock washer---flat washer---terminal---frame---flat washer---lock washer---nut.
If that's a factory bolt, or otherwise goes into something threaded, then you just need to add a lockwasher to the side you can see.

And also quick change I did real quick.. where there is a will, there is a way
Looks alot better imo.

Got a chance to hook up the 100.4 today... only with one horn. Wow. This thing is LOUD and only has one horn, and I finally got the mid-bass out the Germs I've been looking for. Active FTW

rep given. just a question, why not aim the port to the rear deck and force the spl thru? thats how my grand marquis box was with a single ten hittin 138's on Ed easons termpro.. looks good tho.
also is sundown manfactured in the same plant as earthquake.. kinda looks like a quake amp.
oh yeah the nicest wire i have ever worked with was kicker... 4 gauge and 0 gauge that was supple and flexible.. with a really nice silicone jacket.... mmmm.. also it was matte finish.. sweet stuff

With the port up, in order to make it work correctly the port needs to flow perfectly into the cut out and the rear deck needs to be sealed off, more work than I feel like doing.

+1 if you don't seal the port you lose a lot of power to cancellation
