Never had good luck with CC...when I was 16 they installed an alarm in my bug....and because of the tape and soder....I quess the tape came off and casued it to ground out and burned up the wires....never ran again!

when i was 20 I had an civic....same shit but they put a big ass dent on the drivers side finder....wtf mate?


so I will no longer let then install any thing in my rides!..inless i want it for free....

Sorry for your bad experiences....im not gonna try and defend CC or anything cuz shit happens, theres no such thing as a perfect install

Their customer services sucks almost as much as their installs. I hope they go out of business.

 

dam yall all have bad expiriances lol.. i like the costomer service.. my subs werent technically blown the coils were just warped and they still gave me brand new ones (they tested fine). they only thing id let them install is my head unit though..cuz it was free

Best Buy is much more popular and better than CC, although I like CC's return policys the best

I usually go to best buy for all my needs except car audio only because I know everyone at CC and they arent full of all that crappy new RF and power acoustik.
