I've heard from people that MB Quartz are really good, but never heard them myself.

I would consider MB Quarts as mid to high end speakers. You can see the retail price on those is over $200, if that means anything to you. I have very little experience with MA audio, so I can't really comment on them, but I've heard good things about them as well. My AIM sn is johnnyspydur.

I'm 24 years old and, no pics of the system. I don't have a digi cam unfortunately. MB quartz are really good speakers as are the infinity reference series, Kicker has some mid range speakers that are nice as well.

There are plenty of fairly cheap mids and highs if you go to sound advice or best buy.

Probably looking at running a 1000watt amp to push everything and just turning down the 2 channels going to the components. Do you think that setup would be pretty loud AND clear? As for bass, 1 12" is about as much room as I want to take up and if its not enough bass for me I'll just get a different 12" and larger amp.

Anything to say about that setup? And the 1 12" is going to be an elemental designs.
