Default New to Honda- swap questions please help

I recently bought a stock d16 auto 2000 ex. I was gonna swap to 5 speed but figured it wouldn't be that much more for a cheap motor swap. Just curious what shops charge normally for swaps tranny and or motor and tranny. I'm alittle mechanicaly inclined but never worked that far into Hondas to know what's compatable motor/tranny/ecu wise. And cost. Thanks in advance looking for the most ecconomical way to do it.
