00 camaro vs 92 civic
the car is white, and he rarely comes out...although he shuold be coming out with me this weekend.
there is also an 03 mustang cobra, 00 black turbo type R and one other mustang cobra here on campus...eckerd seems to attract spoiled rich kids.
its my goal to run each one fo them on the highway, same basic situation...just to see how my car stacks up again...untuned.
maybe one of them can bring a video tape...and actually sit in a faster car while taping everything...as i don't anticipate this video being that good considering the distance we put on him almost instantaneously.

oh...my car.
its a teal green hatchback, with hx wheels, full stock interior, green rear sway bar (just by coincidence), quiet exhaust...
i'll be out saturday night to make a few runs, not going to go crazy but if its something worth mentioning i'll run them once or twice...

Get me in a faster car and I'll tape it again. It'd be better w/ a driver and someone taping anyways, after all it's kinda hard to shift and steer when you can't move your hand. But i'm always willing to go out and tape it.

well, i ran into the kid here on campus with an OO camaro. it has a lid, mass air, l6 intake manifold, ported throttle body, exhaust...dynoed at 336rwhp.
it went 12.9's in 40 degree weather in atlanta, went 13.2's down in bradenton in hot weather, on street tires, not nitto's.
needless to say

...they were three good runs and i realized how quick the camaro's are. once i am tuned, (i am using the wrong ecu, timing is retarded substantially, have a dent in my header) i think this car should give a few built camaro's a run for their money...
we'll see...
and i told him to come on Tamparacing and post...and hopefully he'll verify everything that was said...
and if the race had gone on longer, he would have continued to pull on me...as his car was faster than mine...probably 13.0's vs 13.7's faster...but we'll see when i go to the track.
