My bone stock A4 LS1 first time out not knowing what I was doing at BMP 13.8. By the end of the day after getting my launch down I was blasting 13.6s every time. This is with a 98 which was the weakest LS1 to come in an FBody, they have increased HP every year since.

You all seem to forget, e/t's at the track don't mean shit on the street, its all MPH. His MPH seems to be about dead on even with a stock WS6 automatic (avg is 102mph). Hell, I was only trapping 103 at the track Sunday, he'd prolly roll on me..

Andy i would think the ls1 like my car gets better power from 50 up, my 0-50-60 is not all that great! I seem to win more races from like 45-50 up than from a dead stop! i may be wrong but just my thoughts!

im not dissagreeing with you ,but it happenes and it happens more than once...could be this was a 98 WS6 who knows ,but on the street 0-80 a car that goes 13.9 average to 13.6 average is a drivers race IMO and more importantly the launch will dictate much of the out come...im not saying this to brag not that it's that great to start but i,ve gone 2.0** 60' on more than 10 occassions for FWD open diff, auto that weighs 3750lbs.i think that pushing the limits of what a street tire can do...so i guess im sayin i can get out of the hole pretty good

i appreciate some of you that know speaking up hell it's not like it's for money...just fun ...and i can think of nothing better than side by side to 80 or so and hell if it's with a car that when you looked at it first you just knew you were smoke the shit out of it and they end up one car back or one car foward thats even more fun....

2.0 is getting out decent.. about what I pulled stock also thru my auto w/o converter or drag radials.. nasty 245/50/16 GS-C's

but ofcourse, street is much different.. I can barely hook and get out on the street (according to my gtech), but at the track I can pull low 1.7's.. all day long so I dunno, I still think it could be done.. now had that guy had a converter..

If i remeber correctly the ram air is supposed to just gobble up the car infront of it right. I mean you pay a couple grand for the option it should at least live up to the commercial. heheh
A cl out launching a ws6 is a kill in itself
GOOD KILL

Actually I run 12.6's@111 with a lid and muffler, but that's ok. 8.1's and a single 8.0 in the 1/8th@ 87-88.

My A4 2000 SS ran 13.5's@105.
