Lets break this down shall we.
Unless you spoke to this mystery car'd driver how would you know about the 60' times?
Next 12.2 @ 118 does not add up. Especially with the 1.9 60' time. Therefore I will say bullshit on this too unless you post a current timeslip with these times on it.
