So tonight after watching Austin Powers: Goldmember (WHICH IS A MUST SEE FOR ANY PROFESSIONAL BADASS) we had three fast Z cars in the same area!

So you know what happend then.. The need for turboimports races began

So we proceeded to go to our favorite high speed testing course which had a very nice waterfront view (Hrmm i wonder why )

The contenders:

SDS Z31 - Mattback piloting his 1984 300zx turbo sds powered
t tops off windows completely down and a very a.d.d female copilot

Kamikaze - 1990 Twinturbo driven by Garrett. Stage IV he claims, but running 15psi and open exhaust. oh and full aerodynamics..

NOS Z31T - Driven by Jquest, this car previously put down 290 rwhp before adding a 100 Shot of wet juice to its intake tract.

from about a 50 mph roll i first raced jquest - ... walsered.

from about a 50mph roll i then raced kamikaze.. out of the hole i started pulling hard, got about 1-1.2 carlenghts up on him which then evened out, and i lost about half of that when i stuttered during an upshift. as the mph went into the triple digits (ain't sayin how far) not only did the aerodynamics of having t tops and windows down hurt my performance but i developed a tiny bit of a boost leak at one of my intercooler couplings... nevertheless the z32tt started to inch back on me before we reached the hill i mean finish line of our test course. In the end however it was still me by about 1/2 to 3/4 of a carlenght

Apon trying to play again with a C5 however my ic hose split open... yet another one just failing on me.

Overall it was a good night
hopefully saturday will have another good round or races!!

ya, that was an awesome run man

 

On our first run I blew by both of you....but I lost? I somehow missed the logic in that. First off, matt jumps ahead of everyone because the girl riding with him yells 'go' and we had no idea the race began. So I caught up and passed matt, and definetly passed kamakazi...but whatever. Maybe this saturday we can get footage of the bridge battle so people can stop refuting my wins.

You jumped the gun BIG time, that is the only reason I'm even bothering posting. YOu can't say you walsered someone when you flagged yourself without anyone else knowing. Even Kamakazi diddn't get on it the first time because you "made a false start". It'll be cleared up this saturday if I can get the fuel pump in...

 

So that's like It'll all be cleared up after my next mod? WTF
I'm not siding with either of you on the outcome of the last race, just saying, if you want a rerun you shouldn't have to add a mod first.
